These terms apply to the Vectorize Image app for iPhone and iPad. By using the app, you accept these terms. In these terms, “we” means the developer of Vectorize Image.

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

The app

Vectorize Image has three tools: Image to vector, Trace and Remove background. Image to vector and Remove background process images on our server with AI models. Trace processes images on your device.

Free tries and subscription

• The app is free to download.
• You get 3 free tries for Image to vector and Remove background. The two tools share these tries.
• Trace is free with no limit.
• A weekly or yearly subscription unlocks Image to vector and Remove background.
• The weekly plan can start with a free trial. The App Store shows the trial length before you buy.

Apple charges the subscription to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically. Apple charges the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop the renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Apple handles all refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

A subscription has a daily limit on AI processing. The limit protects the service from abuse. Normal use does not reach it.

Your images

You keep all rights to the images you process and to the results. You must have the right to use each image you process. Do not process images that break the law or the rights of other people.

Availability

We work to keep the AI tools available. We cannot promise that they always work. A tool can stop for maintenance or because of a provider failure.

No warranty

We provide the app “as is”. We do not promise that every result fits your purpose. Check the result before you use it in a project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

We will publish any change on this page. The date at the top shows the last update.
